We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Royal Tease return policy will explain possible scenarios or situations and what would be the appropriate approach to finding a solution. It is IMPORTANT that you be aware that our items are made to order. If you are not sure about your size please reference our Sizing Charts for all our products before you place your order.
Errors or Damaged goods
If there is a mistake in your order or it is damaged we will replace it. To obtain a replacement, clear images of the damages would need to be provided. Please provide as many photos as possible of the whole item, the tags and they issue in question. Also, provide a brief clear description of the issue. Send us an email with your images, order number and contact information. Upon review we will contact you with following steps.
Do not send your items back to the manufacturer, designer if shipped from a third party or to our address. Please contact us to discuss any issues you may have prior to taking any action. We do not cover any shipping charges.
If your order has been shipped to you and you were unable to accept the delivery, your order will be sent back to the sender. Unfortunately, you will have to pay for it to be shipped again. If you prefer, it may be shipped to a different address. Please contact us with all the necessary information. We do not cover any additional shipping costs. Please pay attention to your orders tracking via tracking number. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it has been shipped.
